BNP PRE storms up agents league

agents league Q1 14

BNP Paribas Real Estate has leapt more than 15 places to make it into the top 10 of Estates Gazette’s London Offices Market Analysis letting agent league table for Q1.

BNP PRE placed 23rd in Q4 last year but rose up the rankings in the first three months of 2014 after securing a 9% market share. This was thanks to Google’s 160,000 sq ft letting at King’s Cross, N1, the second largest deal this year.

GM Real Estate also raced up the rankings, securing its first top-five placing less than a year after making its debut in EG’s rankings. The niche City firm also secured a 9% market share after advising on a handful of major deals, including EY’s 205,000 sq ft letting at 25 Churchill Place, E14, the largest so far this year.

CBRE returned to the top spot, up from number two in Q4, pushing last quarter’s leader JLL back into second place.
