Agents in a stew at Bristol reception

There was lots to talk about last month when the Focus tour bus rolled into Bristol for the annual reception.

Over a plate of fine Hotel du Vin stew and and a glass of something cold it became evident that residents’ parking is still very much a thorny issue among agent with fears that it might damage the office market in areas such as Clifton.

On a more positive note there was also plenty to say about the trend for office to residential conversion and the benefits it is bringing the office market in particular.

Burston Cook had particular reason to be happy, not only winning a bottle of bubbly in the business card draw but also taking home prizes in the EGi Deals competition for most active agent and individual dealmaker, the latter going to Julian Cook.
