Industrial Light & Magic is to open a London HQ in the West End.
The visual effects division of Star Wars producer LucasFilm has signed a 15-year lease with Topland Group for the 15,000 sq ft Hend House at 233 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2. Quoting rent was £59.50 per sq ft.
The division will support UK expansion and work with ILM’s offices in San Francisco, Singapore and Vancouver on projects including Star Wars: Episode VII.
