The UK Atomic Energy Authority has appointed Carter Jonas to provide property services to the 200-acre Culham Science Centre in Oxfordshire.
UKAEA carries out fusion research in the UK on behalf of the government and manages the JET fusion project on behalf of the EU.
Carter Jonas will provide property advice, asset management, surveying, rating, valuation, acquisitions and disposals, lettings and development advice.
The park has around 40 tenants and provides 2,000 jobs.
UKAEA property manager Mike Hurp said: “Our early priorities are to work with Carter Jonas in the development of the next stage of our property strategy covering a detailed assessment of the existing stock and new development opportunities at Culham.”
