JLL has appointed Nella Pang as an associate director in its Southampton office.
She joins after four years at BNP Paribas Real Estate where she was a senior surveyor, specialising in the industrial, retail and office sectors.
The appointment will help to build the Southampton team, after Estates Gazette revealed in March that JLL head of office agency Jason Webb and industrial and logistics director Matthew Poplett, were leaving the business to set up a new Southampton division for Hellier Langston .
Michael Green, head of JLL’s Southampton office, said: “Pang’s arrival in the Southampton office, alongside further senior appointments currently underway, strengthen the expertise of the team and is part of JLL’s strategy to expand its regional offices.”
