Haulage giant Eddie Stobart has agreed a lease for a flagship 410,000 sq ft South East distribution hub in Dagenham, east London.
The company has signed a 17-year lease with Landid and Sheikh Family Holdings for the shed at Goresbrook Park.
It is understood to be paying around £5.75 per sq ft with rental uplifts over the lease period.
William Stobart, Eddie Stobart Logistics chief executive, said: “The new site in Dagenham will give us enhanced access to central London, allowing Eddie Stobart to strengthen its offering to both current and new clients.”
BNP Paribas Real Estate and Savills advised the landlord; Roebuck Asset Management represented the tenant.
