Podcast: Hammerson opens in Marseille

Hammerson’s first shopping centre development in France – the £400m Les Terrasses du Port – opened to much fanfare in Marseille, France’s second-largest city, at the end of May.
The opening ceremony, attended by Hammerson chief executive David Atkins, attracted more than 150,000 people, who swarmed into the 190 shops and walked the 260m terrace.
