PPHE Hotel Group has promoted chief financial officer Chen Moravsky as it embarks on a period of development activity.
Moravsky has been made deputy chief executive with effect from 1 August 2014.
The group has expanded its operations considerably since its IPO in 2007. It is now entering a period of further development activity with:
• the construction of a 438-bedroom hotel close to London Waterloo station which, subject to further planning approval, may be extended to 490 bedrooms;
• a 98-bedroom extension to Park Plaza Riverbank London, which, subject to further planning approval, may be extended by another 50 bedrooms;
• the construction of a 168-bedroom hotel close to the A40 near Park Royal in London;
• the construction of the 352-bedroom Art’otel London Hoxton; and
• the building of the 177-bedroom Park Plaza Nuremberg.
