Oval Real Estate has bought a 60,000 sq ft office complex in Plymouth, Devon, from Topland Group.
The firm paid £11.6m – a 7.8% yield- for the asset, which comprises three interconnecting office blocks on Ashleigh Way.
The property is let to Everything Everywhere EE until 24 December 2028, with a passing rent of £947,461 pa.
