Colliers has been instructed to sell two sheds on the Trax Park industrial development in Doncaster for £18m.
The two warehouses – let to Wincanton Holdings with a sublet to Armstrong Logistics – are up for sale, totalling 308,567 sq ft.
The asking price would reflect a net initial yield of 6.75% on a passing rent of £1.3m annually.
Trax Park is the final phase of a large distribution site around 1.5 miles south of Doncaster.
