JC Rathbone Associates has appointed Michelle Quinn as a director to structure real estate finance mandates. Quinn joins the financial risk management consultant from Aviva where she was a global real estate treasurer.
?Aberdeen raises €300m
Aberdeen Asset Management has completed capital raising for its €300m (£238.3m) European Secondaries Property Fund of Funds. New investors in the fund, which is 38% committed, include Korea Scientists & Engineers Mutual-aid Association and a Nordic investor.
?Tritax to unpack 6% dividend
Tritax Big Box REIT is aiming for an annual initial dividend of 6% following its £200m listing in December last year. The firm is raising a further £150m to invest in UK industrial property through a placing of 145.6m shares.
?L&G in sixth resi loan
Legal & General is provided a £25m loan to regional housing association Adactus Housing Group in its sixth direct investment into the social housing sector. The 40-year facility is secured against a portfolio of existing assets and will refinance a short-term loan that matures this year.

US brokerage firm Eastdil Secured has added to its ?EMEA hotels team with the appointment of Manenti Giorgio as managing director. Giorgio joins from JLL where he worked in the hotel team ?for 10 years.
