A barristers’ chambers has completed a prelet of the whole of 81 Chancery Lane, WC2 , which is being refurbished by Deerbrook.
Thirty Nine Essex Street has agreed to pay £2.73m pa for the entire 51,000 sq ft development on a 15-year lease.
It equates to a headline rent of more than £60 per sq ft on the top floor of the building.
Deerbrook manages the development on behalf of Raingate.
BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the tenant; Deloitte Real Estate and Farebrother advised Deerbrook.
