Details of Derwent London’s Mayfair HQ residential redevelopment plans, have been published.
Plans by the REIT announced last week to convert its 55,144 sq ft 25 Savile Row headquarters, W1, into prime flats, have now gone live on Westminster city council’s planning database.
Proposals comprise demolishing the office block and replacing it with a Stanton Williams Architects-designed 88,996 building with 29 flats and shop space at the ground floor.
In a planning statement the company said: “Derwent London is seeking to create a building that will be an exemplar of first-class 21st century residential development in Mayfair.”
