Online fashion retailer MySale Group has signed for a London head office at 19-20 Berners Street , W1.
The firm has agreed a five-year lease with Latitude Investments for 3,800 sq ft, paying £55 per sq ft.
Damien Field, partner at Robert Irving Burns, which advised the landlord, said: “This scheme has proved attractive to fashion retailers keen to maintain their foothold in Fitzrovia ahead of major developments such as the Royal Mail site. MySale joins DKNY in the refurbished scheme.”
The tenant was not represented.
