Tech city occupier Skills Matter is relocating to the building where Savills’ new City office will be based.
The TMT firm has signed a 15-year lease, with a 10-year break option, of 20,000 sq ft at Union Investments’ Finsbury Circus House, EC2.
It is paying £45 per sq ft for the ground floor and £21.50 per sq ft at the lower ground.
Skills Matter will relocate from just over 8,000 sq ft at 116-120 Goswell Road, EC1.
The deal follows Savills also recently agreeing to move to the City building. It will leave its existing City base at 25 Finsbury Circus, EC2, after almost a quarter of a century.
