The chief financial officer and main board director of Ladbrokes, Ian Bull, has been appointed as a non-executive director at St Modwen.
He will succeed John Salmon as audit committee chairman on his retirement from the board on 27 March 2015.
Bill Shannon, chairman of St Modwen, said: “I am delighted that Ian will be joining the board. His strong financial and commercial pedigree will enable him to make a strong contribution to the company and will complement the existing experience of the board.”
