British Land has let two shops at Wheatley retail park in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Marks & Spencer Simply Food will take a 12,502 sq ft shop, while Next will upsize its 23,518 sq ft store with a full-cover mezzanine floor, on a 15-year lease.
Duncan Reader, asset manager for British Land, said: “Both retailers are known for driving footfall and will enhance the already strong tenant mix at the park.”
