Primary Health Properties has spent £14.3m on three medical centres in the UK.
The properties are located in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, South Petherton and Crewkerne in Somerset.
All of the assets have been built within the past two years and have a weighted average unexpired lease term of 26 years. The buildings are let to GP practices.
In addition, a pipeline agreement has been completed, giving PHP exclusive rights to acquire three further medical centres that are to be developed by the vendor.
