Derwent London has submitted plans for a new 147,627 sq ft office-led block in London’s Berners Street, W1.
The REIT has proposed demolishing the three properties at 25-33 Berners Street and replacing the assets with one Piercy & Co-designed block.
The building would comprise 123,334 sq ft of offices and 24,294 sq ft of retail or restaurant space.
In its application, the firm said: “Derwent London’s vision is to create a first-class office building serving the core West End market.”
The firm’s application was validated by Westminster city council last week.
