CBRE has been appointed to sell a 62-bed manor house hotel in County Limerick for around €27m (£21.4m).
The five-star Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort includes 766 acres of parkland and an 18-hole golf course, which has hosted a number of high-profile golf tournaments, including the Irish Open in 2007 and 2008.
The property, which is a 30-minute drive from Shannon airport, has been owned by American couple Tom and Judy Kane since 1987.
Planning permission has been granted for a private hospital, 133 houses and a nursing home.
