Liverpool Football Club is to follow some of its North West Premier League rivals and open a London office.
The club has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to find around 5,000 sq ft of office space in the West End.
It would be the Reds’ first base in the capital.
It declined to comment on the office search, but the requirement follows Manchester City FC last year signing a deal with British Land for just over 7,000 sq ft at British Land’s 10 Brock Street , NW1.
Rival Manchester United FC also has a presence in the West End with a lease for 11,579 sq ft at 5 Stratton Street in Mayfair, W1.
Cushman & Wakefield also declined to comment.
