Student accommodation provider Unite has won planning permission for a £42m, 836-bed development in Portsmouth.
Portsmouth city council gave resolution to grant planning approval for a Cooley Architects-designed block at Greetham Street.
Richard Simpson, managing director of property at Unite, said: “The site is ideal for University of Portsmouth students, being close to campus, and will provide a safe and modern home that supports students’ success.”
