Three tenants have signed for space at Igloo’s at Four Hundred Caledonian Road, Islington development, N1.
Technical production business Wonder Works has taken 2,113 sq ft and will relocate from Wood Green, N22. Designer WOVEN Studio, which has had designs worn by Michelle Obama, is taking a 494 sq ft retail studio.
In addition, Bradley Mallalieu Architects has signed for 1,453 sq ft.
They have all agreed long lease terms, paying around £400,000, £170,000 and £320,000 respectively.
Four Hundred Caledonian Road is a mixed-use eco-development due for completion in April 2015. It comprises 23 homes and 4,500 sq ft of office and retail space.
John Long, development director at Igloo, said: “Having these leading ventures on board will help us nurture a vibrant creative quarter where people can live and work. Four Hundred Caledonian Road is destined to become a lively new community which will in turn play its own role in the wider community.”
