BCSC: Fashion retailer White Stuff has signed a 10-year lease for a shop at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent.
The company has taken a 7,000 sq ft store on the upper Guildhall. It will open in the autumn.
Russell Loveland, portfolio director at Bluewater’s landlord Land Securities, said: “We have created the ideal statement store position.”
The announcement follows a strong monthly performance from Bluewater, with sales in August up by 10.5% on the same period in 2013.
CBRE advised the landlord; Penningtons Manches represented the tenant.
