Nokia Solutions and Networks have completed a sale and leaseback deal with a WP Carey subsidiary for a research and development facility in Poland.
WP Carey’s CPA:17–Global has done the deal in Krakow. The 53,377 sq ft building was acquired for €9.7m (£7.8m).
