Mulberry Developments has submitted proposals for a 51,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s store in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
The developer has proposed a £20m Saunders Partnership Architects-designed scheme on the former county council Highways Depot on Great North Road.
Nottinghamshire county council will consider the application.
