Northern agent Barker Proudlove has hired Tushingham Moore director Andrew McGuiness to expand its retail and leisure agency offering.
McGuiness has spent the past 10 years at Tushingham Moore, acting for clients including Betfred, Gondola Group and Poundland.
He will work on leasing and acquisition of shopping centre and high street properties in the North.
