FINANCE: Cordea Savills has appointed James Charlesworth as an assistant portfolio manager to its UK investment team.
Charlesworth joins the investment manager from HSBC where he undertook a year-long secondment in the global real estate finance team.
Previously he was at Savills, which he joined in 2006 and spent four years working in the valuation department. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2009.
He reports to Lucy Winterburn, director of investment.
George Tindley, head of UK investment, said: “We are delighted to have James join us. This appointment reflects our continued drive to fully support investor needs as our business expands.”
