FINANCE: BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking and Sumitomo Mistui Banking Corporation have made a £201m loan to Grosvenor London Office Fund.
The facility refinances a four-strong portfolio of central London properties.
These are Almack House, St James, SW1 , Belgrave House, Victoria, SW1 Fleet Place House, City of London, EC4 and 10 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, W1 .
BNP Paribas and SMBC acted as joint mandated lead arrangers, and BNP Paribas acted as agent.
