The 7.7 acre Rockbrook Estate in Sandyford, Dublin 18, has been put on the market for €80m (€63.8m).
The partially constructed estate includes 419 apartments, of which 270 are included in the sale. These produce a gross rent roll of €4.2m per year.
Commercial space extends to 48,000 sq ft and is anchored by EZ living, the furniture store, and includes an Aldi supermarket.
Savills are handling the sale on behalf of receiver Duff & Phelps.
Minority stakes in the estate have previously been acquired by IRES REIT, which bought 63 apartments in 2013, Comer Group, which bought the incomplete Sentinel Tower for €1m in 2011, and an Israeli investor who bought the Aldi store in 2012 for €7.7m.
