The 184-bed Limerick Strand Hotel has gone on the market for €17m (£13.6m).
The four-star hotel is located close to Limerick town centre and includes a health club, spa, 20m swimming pool and conference facilities for up to 600 delegates.
Savills and CBRE are acting as joint agents on the sale.
