IRES REIT’s chief investment officer Donal Kellegher has left the firm after just five months to join DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald as head of development land.
Kellegher had previously spent four years with Nama as portfolio manager.
Earlier this week, IRES REIT announced that it had appointed Charles Coyle, also ex-Nama, as vice president of acquisitions.
Canadian-backed IRES REIT will be Ireland’s largest owner of private residential property after a €211.3m (£168m) deal to acquire Nama’s Project Orange completes in October. The portfolio is made up of 761 Dublin residential properties.
