A 135,366 sq ft Hampshire landmark tower let to Barclays has been sold to a private Scottish investor.
The purchaser is understood to have paid Greenhills Real Estate around £8m for the 13-storey Churchill Plaza block in Basingstoke.
It is leased to Barclays until December 2016 and is one of the most prominent buildings in the area, positioned adjacent to Festival Place shopping centre.
Knight Frank advised the vendor; MacLaren & Partners, Sterling Real Estate and RARE acted for the buyer.
