Sheds developer SEGRO has prelet half of its speculative development, View 406, in Enfield.
SEGRO has prelet eight units, totalling 42,110 sq ft, a month ahead of completion. Garden Foods, Nicholls & Clarke, MGE wholesale and Hilti have all signed 10-year leases.
A further four deals totaling 13,410 sq ft are under offer.
View 406, Advent Way, includes a 96-bedroom Premier Inn.
SEGRO has more than 500,000 sq ft of speculative or prelet space under construction in London, all of which is due to complete this year.
