Spanish billionaire Amancio Ortega’s property company has secured two new office tenants at Devonshire House in Mayfair, W1.
Australian serviced office provider Servcorp has signed for 15,168 sq ft on the first floor of Ponte Gadea Group’s block , on a 15-year lease at a rent of £87.50 per sq ft.
On part of the fourth floor, Advent Capital Management has taken 3,016 sq ft on a 10-year deal at a rent of £107.50 per sq ft.
Colliers International and Strutt & Parker advised the landlord; CBRE represented Servcorp; Simon Korn acted for Advent Capital.
