The north London council has unveiled Arup-designed plans for the 27-acre High Road West site. Proposals also includes a 53,820 sq ft public square, shops, new park and sports and leisure facilities. Some buildings would need to be redeveloped to make way for the regeneration, and all secure council tenants on the affected Love Lane Estate would be guaranteed a home in the new development.
