Brehon set to flip Dublin office

Irish private equity firm Brehon Capital Partners is preparing to flip a €15m (£11.7m) Dublin office which it bought last year.

Number 94 St Stephen’s Green was part of Nama’s Ulysses Portfolio, and comprises 20,013 sq ft of office space. CBRE have been appointed as agents, and the property is expected to generate a net initial yield of 6.5%.

The building is fully let to a government tenant, the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland, and has an annual rent roll of €1m.

Brehon was established in 2011 and has €400m of assets under management.
