One of Nama’s most senior officials, Ronnie Hanna, is leaving the agency after four years as head of asset recovery.
Michael Moriarty, deputy head of asset recovery, will replace him after his departure on 31 October, a Nama spokesperson confirmed.
Nama is struggling to retain staff, with around 10% of its 370 staff having left since the beginning of 2014, chief executive Brendan McDonagh said last month.
A number have been lured away by positions at private equity companies and funds. Significant departures this year include head of asset management John Mulcahy, who left in January and now holds a position on the board of IPUT, and Donal Kellegher, a senior property adviser, who left to become chief investment officer at Canadian-backed IRES REIT.
