Legal & General has unveiled a first look at its proposed 260,000 sq ft redevelopment of 245 Hammersmith Road, W6, formerly known as Bechtel House.
A planning application for the Sheppard Robson-designed office-led scheme has been submitted to Hammersmith & Fulham council.
The scheme features ground-floor retail and a new public square. L&G bought the 164,343 sq ft Bechtel House in 2012 from CBRE SPUK III for £42.3m, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.8%. GVA is advising on planning.
