Harcourt Investments has submitted plans for a high-end residential redevelopment of Harcourt House in the West End, W1.
Harcourt has proposed a Darling Associates-designed scheme at the 63,000 sq ft office building 19 Cavendish Square .
Plans comprise 25 flats on the part ground to seventh floor. Leases at the asset expire in 2015.
The proposals to Westminster city council come one year after the purchase of Harcourt House from LaSalle Investment Management for circa £75m – a 3% yield.
