Westrock has sold a 40,000 sq ft Devon shop to Diageo Pension Trust for £6.7m.
The price paid for 250 Babbacombe Road in Torquay reflects a 6.25% net initial yield.
A 25-year lease was recently secured with retailer The Range, which sells DIY and furniture goods.
Cordea Savills acted for the buyer; Ian Scott International advised Westrock.
