Dalata Hotel Group has agreed to buy a pair of Irish hotels for a combined €31.7m (£29.4m).
The assets were part of Ulster Bank’s Project Nadal, which comprised assets and loans relating to eight hotels and two hostels valued at around €200m.
The Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit, County Galway, is a four-star hotel with 195 rooms; Whites Hotel, Abbey Street, Wexford, has a 157 rooms and is also four-star.
CBRE acted as agent on the sale.
Hospitality specialist Delata raised €265m on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges in March this year.
