AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has fully let 20 Garrick Street, WC2, after signing two new leases.
A software development company has taken 3,176 sq ft on the first floor on a 10-year lease while a marketing agency has taken 2,828 sq ft on a five-year lease.
The two companies join bakery chain Delice de France, which signed a 10-year lease for 6,472 sq ft in January.
AXA took vacant possession of the building in 2012, and has since refurbished it to create 13,148 sq ft of new grade A office space plus ground floor retail.
