Burger restaurant Haché has secured a lease on a 1,200 sq ft restaurant on Bedford Hill, Balham, SW12.
GVA acted on behalf of Panos Zographou, owner of the former Meze restaurant, with an agreed rent of £55,000 per annum, including an initial three-month rent-free period.
Mr Zographou owns the freehold of the property and has retained the freehold of the upper floors, whilst granting a new 20-year lease on the ground floor.
Haché started its burger business in Clapham in 2004, and have since opened stores in Chelsea, Clapham and Shoreditch.
