A group of Welsh dairy farmers turned investment managers are looking to the capital markets to raise up to £100m to buy Swedish residential property.
Evanridge Properties is holding a beauty parade of investment banks to advise on an IPO or bond issue mooted for H1 2015.
The group has three existing Swedish residential property funds, with a portfolio valued at more than £35m, funded by retail investors. Its portfolio has delivered returns in excess of 12% pa since 2006.
