Cushman & Wakefield has ousted perennial table-toppers CBRE and JLL as the most active agent in EGi’s London office league.
The agent’s giant double letting for online behemoth Amazon helped it to secure top spot with 967,669 sq ft of disposals.
DTZ finished a close second, and CBRE came in fourth.
Amazon’s 431,000 sq ft letting of Principal Place, E1, also saw joint letting agent Allsop shoot 13 places up the table, securing seventh spot.
