Luxury Italian menswear brand Ermenegildo Zegna is to open a new shop at 78 New Bond Street, W1.
The retailer has signed a 15-year lease for the three storey, 5,000 sq ft shop at a quoting rent of £5.25m per annum.
Ermenegildo Zegna currently occupies six London shops, in locations including Sloane Street and Knightsbridge.
The shop was previously let to French fashion brand Hermes, which was temporarily occupying the unit while 115 New Bond Street was being refurbished.
Nash Bond acted on behalf of the private landlord Tryst; Michael Horwitz & Co acted on behalf of Ermenegildo Zegna.
