NeueHouse is set to open its first UK private members’ club at the Adelphi Building on the Strand, WC2.
The US shared office company is close to agreeing a deal to lease 60,000 sq ft at the London landmark, which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment by Blackstone.
Quoting rent on the space is £70 per sq ft.
NeueHouse offers members desk space in trendily decked out offices.
It is one of a number of new businesses attempting to tap into the market for flexible working options in central London.
In March, WeWork completed a deal for 37,500 sq ft in the South Building at Sea Containers House, SE1, while San Francisco-based Rocketspace is currently on the hunt for 100,000 sq ft.
Blackstone bought the 306,000 sq ft Adelphi for £260m in late 2012.
