Planning permission has been secured for a £150m mixed-use regeneration scheme on the edge of Lake Lothing in Suffolk.
The Assael Architecture-designed 950,000 sq ft scheme will include 850 private and affordable new homes as well as a marina, a primary school and commercial centre.
The scheme has been designed by Assael Architecture and will be built by Cardy Construction, which owns the site.
