Ben Stroud has been appointed joint head of Middle East and North Africa Residential at JLL.
Stroud is a director in the JLL London residential business and will work alongside Will McKintosh, director and joint head of residential, with immediate effect.
He will relocate to Dubai in January 2015.
Mckintosh said: “JLL see this as a logical and necessary step to build a team on the ground that is big enough and to cover such a diverse region and important client base.”
